Can I make an order without subscribing?
Be our guest. You do get more value by subscribing though. Subscribing helps us reduce our costs and we give those savings right back to you.
What are all these discounts I keep hearing about?
The more kits you buy, the less you pay. And if you subscribe, you save even more.
Are there initiation fees or cancelling fees?
Hidden fees are so 2010. We’ll never make you pay to join or to leave our club. You only pay for what you get.
Why is it important to stay germ-free?
We’re sick of people getting sick. You want to hear terrifying stats? In 2019: 31,000,000 Americans caught the flu. 370,000 were hospitalized. 30,000 died. Enough is enough.
Can we use these kits while travelling?
Absolutely. 1 in 5 people get sick while traveling. Daily commutes can also be a breeding ground for all things filthy. Staying germ-free while on the go is just another way to help you take control of your health and wellness. Our kits are also TSA compliant.
Have the kits been tested?
The Smart Kit has gone through safe, ethical and thorough testing by our factories and UL Labs, an independent testing facility with the highest testing standards.
Are the kits compliant with US laws and regulations?
The kits are both FDA and TSA compliant. That means that the kits and their contents abide by the regulations and protocols imposed by the US Food and Drug Administration. The kits are also airport and airline-approved, so you’ll never have to worry about getting stopped with your kit going through security.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship throughout the continental US and we’re looking for new ways to help our friends around the world stay germ-free.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE if you subscribe or if you order 4 or more kits. You’ll see your FREE shipping option or our lowest rates when you check-out.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
One-time orders ship within 3 days. Subscription boxes arrive weekly, monthly or quarterly, depending on your choice, from the date of your first delivery.
When am I charged for my order?
You’re charged once you place your initial order. If you purchased our subscription service, you’re charged when we ship your kits periodically.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. Luggage and unopened kits can be returned with a full refund within 15 days of receiving them. Just know that you’ll have to cover the cost of the return shipping.
All masks and filters are our only non-refundable items. Those items are final sale.
When should I use the kit? Is it only for flying?
You can use the kit anywhere and everywhere. Planes, trains, buses and even when you’re stuck in line at the grocery store. Wherever there are germs, our kit will be there to help fight them off.
Why was the kit created?
Let’s take it back to 2017. It was the height of flu season and David, our CEO, found himself on flight-after-flight, sitting on planes that were visibly dirty and clearly a breeding ground for bacteria and germs. David always disinfected his seat and would even wear a hooded sweatshirt on his flights to have a barrier between his head and the headrest. One day his cousin forgot her antiseptic wipes at home before boarding her flight and when they were talking about it, they said, “Hey, wouldn’t it be so convenient to offer health essentials wipes and face masks in a kit?” Airplanes, hotels, cruise ships, trains and subways are notoriously filled with germs, so we believed it was our mission to help people stay healthy.
